Job Overview: Warehouse Supervisor – Dubai
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in warehouse systems, especially SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM). You’ll act as the go-to person for resolving system issues and bridging the gap between warehouse operations and IT.
Key Responsibilities
✅ System Issue Resolution
- Serve as first-level support for SAP EWM issues
- Troubleshoot problems in picking, packing, shipping, and inventory
- Document and track system errors with root cause analysis
✅ Change Request Management
- Collect operational feedback and convert it into technical requirements
- Prioritize and document change requests for IT development
- Ensure seamless collaboration between operations and IT
✅ Feasibility & Negotiation
- Assess business and technical feasibility of changes
- Coordinate with IT teams on timelines and solutions
- Align business expectations with technical capabilities
✅ Functional Documentation
- Maintain SOPs, process maps, and test scripts
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new system features
✅ Stakeholder Communication
- Provide regular updates to supervisors and managers
- Present system enhancements in an understandable manner
✅ Training & Development
- Train warehouse staff on SAP EWM features
- Promote system best practices and continuous improvement
