Key Responsibilities
As a Delivery Manager, you’ll be expected to:
- Define and implement enterprise-level QA governance frameworks.
- Standardize testing methodologies across Agile, DevOps, and traditional teams.
- Conduct regular QA audits, health checks, and compliance reviews.
- Report on testing KPIs and metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary liaison between QA teams, vendors, and business units.
- Mentor and guide QA team members on:
